1. Program Overview

The P91 Roofing Referral Partner Program allows approved individuals and businesses to refer homeowners, property owners, property managers, and commercial contacts to P91 Roofing through a unique referral link or referral slug.

The main referral page is p91roofing.com/refer. Program details, payout amounts, eligibility rules, and referral instructions may be updated on that page from time to time.

2. Who May Participate

Referral partners may participate as either individuals or business entities. P91 Roofing may approve, decline, suspend, or remove any referral partner at its discretion.

Referral partners are independent participants. They are not employees, agents, brokers, contractors, estimators, adjusters, or representatives of P91 Roofing.

3. Referral Links and Slugs

Each partner may receive a unique referral slug, such as:

The slug should use the partner's first name plus a number, with no spaces, unless P91 Roofing assigns a different format.

Partners agree to use their assigned slug when:

• Submitting a lead on behalf of a homeowner through p91roofing.com/refer
• Sharing a P91 quote or referral link for the homeowner to submit directly
• Using any QR code, printed card, email, text message, or digital referral material provided by P91 Roofing

P91 is not responsible for missed attribution if a lead is submitted without the assigned referral slug, duplicate information, or enough identifying detail to reasonably connect the lead to the partner.

4. Current Referral Payouts

Current referral payouts are:

• Repairs, roof wash, or tune-ups — $50
• Residential reroof — $250
• Commercial repair or reroof — $500

Payout amounts are subject to change at any time. P91 Roofing will notify partners of material payout changes, and the current payout schedule will be maintained on or linked from p91roofing.com/refer.

5. When Payouts Are Earned

A referral payout is earned only when:

• The referred homeowner or property owner becomes a P91 Roofing customer
• The applicable job is completed
• P91 Roofing receives final payment from the customer
• The referral was properly attributed to the partner
• The customer was not already an active P91 lead, customer, or open opportunity unless P91 approves the attribution

Payouts are not owed for duplicate leads, unqualified leads, cancelled jobs, unpaid jobs, jobs already in progress, or referrals that cannot be reasonably attributed to the partner.

6. Payment Timing and Method

P91 Roofing will generally process earned referral payouts within 7 business days after job completion and final payment are received.

Partners may choose whether they prefer to be paid as an individual or business entity, subject to P91's payment options and tax documentation requirements.

Payment methods may include Zelle, check, or another method approved by P91 Roofing.

7. Tax Forms and W-9

Partners agree to provide a completed Form W-9 or other required tax documentation when requested by P91 Roofing. P91 may request this once a partner reaches or is expected to reach $600 or more in referral earnings, or earlier if P91 determines it is needed for payment or tax compliance.

P91 may withhold payment until required tax documentation is received.

8. No Authority to Make Promises

Referral partners may not make promises, representations, or commitments on behalf of P91 Roofing.

Partners may not promise or guarantee:

• Pricing
• Timing
• Discounts
• Financing approval
• Insurance claim outcomes
• Warranties
• Roof condition findings
• Project start or completion dates
• Scope of work
• Material availability

Any promise, price point, estimate, or statement made by a referral partner is not binding on P91 Roofing unless confirmed in writing by P91 Roofing.

9. Customer Relationship Transfers to P91 Roofing

Once a partner refers a homeowner or property owner, the roofing relationship transfers directly to P91 Roofing.

Partners agree not to interfere with, delay, filter, redirect, discourage, or act as a middleman in communications between P91 Roofing and the referred customer.

Partners should encourage referred customers to communicate directly with P91 Roofing regarding all roofing, roof wash, repair, inspection, estimate, insurance-related, scheduling, warranty, and project matters.

The partner's role is to make the referral, not to manage the roofing relationship.

10. Partner Communications

Partners agree to receive referral program communications from P91 Roofing, including:

• Welcome messages
• Referral link or slug information
• Referral status updates
• Monthly partner newsletters
• Leaderboard or program updates
• Neighborhood storm notices
• Seasonal roof reminders

Partners may opt out of non-transactional marketing messages. Transactional messages related to active referrals, payout status, tax documentation, or program administration may still be sent as needed.

11. Reviews and Public Statements

P91 may invite partners to consider writing an honest review based on their experience with P91 Roofing.

Writing a review is optional. Referral payouts are not conditioned on writing a review, writing a positive review, or removing a negative review.

If a partner posts publicly about P91 Roofing, the partner should be honest and should disclose any referral or compensation relationship when appropriate.

12. Good Faith and Non-Disparagement

Partners agree to act in good faith and avoid false, misleading, or intentionally harmful statements about P91 Roofing, its team, customers, vendors, partners, or work.

This does not prevent any person from giving a truthful opinion or participating in legally protected activity. It is intended to prevent false, bad-faith, or intentionally damaging statements.

13. Annual Contests and Incentives

Partners may be eligible for annual contests, recognition, prizes, or incentive programs. Any such program is optional, may change at P91's discretion, and may be subject to separate rules, eligibility requirements, geographic limits, or tax reporting requirements.

Participation in a referral program does not guarantee eligibility for any annual prize or contest.

14. Program Changes

P91 Roofing may modify, pause, or end the Referral Partner Program at any time.

P91 will make reasonable efforts to notify active partners of material changes, including changes to payout amounts, payment timing, eligibility, or partner obligations.

The most current program information will be available at or linked from p91roofing.com/refer.

15. Termination

P91 Roofing may remove a partner from the program if the partner:

• Misrepresents P91 Roofing
• Makes unauthorized promises
• Interferes with customer communications
• Submits false, duplicate, or misleading leads
• Fails to provide required tax documentation
• Violates these terms
• Acts in a way that damages the trust or reputation of P91 Roofing

Upon removal, unpaid referral amounts may be forfeited if the underlying referral was connected to a violation of these terms.

16. Acceptance

By submitting the referral partner signup form, using a P91 referral slug, submitting a lead, or sharing a P91 referral link, the partner agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
