Agreement
These terms govern your use of the P91 Roofing website, your communications with us (including phone, SMS, and email), and any quote you request from us. By using this site or contacting us, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Quotes and estimates
Estimates we publish online or send by email or SMS are good-faith projections based on the information available to us. Final pricing is set in a written proposal you sign after on-site inspection. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
SMS and phone communications
When you give us your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and follow-up SMS and phone calls from P91 Roofing about your quote, appointment, or job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Warranty information
Our standard install carries a 25-year prorated shingle manufacturer warranty (per GAF terms) and a 7-year P91 labor warranty. Workmanship items are addressed at no charge for the life of the labor warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from storms, falling objects, modifications by others, or normal wear of materials beyond their rated lifespan. Exact warranty terms are spelled out in your signed proposal.
Insurance claims
We assist with documentation, supplements, and adjuster meetings when you ask us to. P91 does not act as a public adjuster, attorney, or insurance agent. Final settlement is between you and your carrier.
Use of the website
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to engaging P91 Roofing's services. Do not scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission, and do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation. All content and trademarks on this site belong to P91 Roofing LLC or our licensors.
