How long does it take?+
Most homes take 90 minutes to 2 hours on-site. You don't need to be home, though most homeowners like to say hi.
Do I need to be home during the inspection?+
No, you are free to go about your day. We will get on a call or screenshare to review the inspection report with you.
What is included in the inspection report?+
Photos detailing your current roof health, areas of concern, and any unique areas that our team needs to see before planning the on-site work. The report will list options for repair (as needed) as well as a re-roof cost to give you an idea if ever it is required (+/- $500).
Is this the same as a full roof inspection?+
It's more. A standard inspection reports; a tune-up actually improves the roof — sealant, caulking, and small repairs are included in the $649.
